Instructions to create an email signature in Microsoft Outlook:
- In Microsoft Outlook click on the Tools menu.
- From the Tools menu click Options.
- In the Options box click the Mail Format tab.
- Once you are in the Mail Format tab click the Signature button.
- Click in the Edit Signature box and type in the verbiage you would like to appear and copy the downloaded image.
- Once you are complete and happy with your signature click OK.
- In the Options menu click OK again.
Instructions for adding a hyperlink to an image in your email signature:
- While in the Edit Signature box click on the image you would like to hyperlink.
- Click on the insert hyperlink icon (in the right hand corner of the Edit Signature box).
- Enter http://www.loveisnotabuse.com in the address bar located at the bottom of the Edit Hyperlink box – click OK.
- Select OK again when the Signature and Stationary box appears.
- Press OK once more in the Options window.
